1. Introduction
Control Flow Technologies Group Ltd (CFTGL) is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all our business operations. We fully support the UK Government’s objective to eradicate modern slavery and human trafficking and acknowledge our responsibility to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not occur in our business or supply chains. We are fully committed to ethical business practices and the rightful upholding of human rights.
This statement focuses specifically on the Company’s compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and highlights the key activities we have undertaken during this financial year to combat modern slavery in our organisation and associated supply chain.
2. Our Structure
CFTGL is a provider of cutting‑edge water and energy saving solutions with our Head Office in the UK and offices in Holland, Spain and India. We install our water saving devices within commercial and residential properties across the UK and Holland, whilst our Spanish facilities manufacture our products, and our Indian branch provide us with IT services and conduct some agricultural testing.

4. Our Business and Supply Chains
Control Flow Technologies operates in the water efficiency and neutrality industries and engages with suppliers both in the UK and internationally. We assess our supply chain risk regularly and work only with partners who share our commitment to human rights and fair labour practices.

These policies are reviewed regularly and embedded in our onboarding and procurement policies.
6. Training and Awareness
To ensure understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, all employees are briefed on the Company’s Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking policy as part of their induction, with some key employees required to undertake an e-learning module on the subject. Should any of our colleagues need any additional information or support about human trafficking, forced labour, servitude, and slavery this will be provided.
7. Whistleblowing
Our whistleblowing policy and procedure is available to all employees and third parties working with the Company and allowing either party to raise a concern in confidence. The Company is committed to protecting employees when disclosing points of concern and will ensure all disclosures made in good faith will be treated confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
8. Continuous Review
Following a review of the effectiveness of the steps we have taken this year in relation to no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains; we continue to reinforce our approach to combating slavery and human trafficking by seeking an industry best practice approach to further enhance our procurement processes and supply chain partners.
