Affinity Water is the largest water-only supplier in the UK, delivering high-quality water service. With a simultaneous goal of preserving water, Control Flow Technologies Group partnership with Affinity Water was extremely impactful in improving water efficiency and sustainability.
This project covered the delivery of Control Flow device installations from May 2025, through to March 2026. Across the 10 months we successfully installed 11,500+ properties, making a huge impact towards our joint goals.
Our devices can save an average of 84 litres per day per household, this means this project can save an average of 966,000 litres of water per day across all households. Our devices also save an average of 7 kWH per household per day, meaning a saving of 588 kWH per day. Although saving water and energy is a huge win, our devices will also save you money too, with an average saving of £360 per year per household on water and energy bills.
The focus on high quality service and customer experience is at the forefront of priorities for our staff here at Control Flow Technologies Group, and this project with Affinity Water was no exception. We had up to 11 tenant liaison officers working on this project, all delivering the best quality service possible. Throughout the duration of the project, our team headed down to the Affinity Water HQ on multiple occasions to meet with their team to share ideas,discuss project updates, key risks and issues and ways to improve, to ensure we were offering Affinity Water customers the best experience we could with our Water Audits.
